Kärcher, the global market leader in cleaning technology, has 100 subsidiaries across 60 countries and employs more than 10,000 people worldwide.

In 2022, Kärcher introduced its automated car wash system in Singapore. Local drivers had become disenchanted with car washes due to outdated misconceptions like the potential for foam rollers to scratch their cars. Kärcher’s goal was to educate potential customers about how their state-of-the-art system addresses many of these concerns.

GLOO PR assisted Kärcher in shaping their message to highlight how the system resolves pressing issues such as manpower shortages, which garnered media attention. This strategy culminated in a launch event where the media were invited to bring their own cars for a first-hand experience of the new system.
